I have been trying to cancel my contract and have been unable to. I have forgotten my user id and password and no sim card., so if I click on forgot I am sent a code that I cannot access because no sim card. 

I have tried explaining this to several of your associates. 

The contract actually ran out in April 2018. 

I have cancelled the direct debit and now getting final demand notices.
