Cancel ID Mobile contract

I would like to cancel my iDMobile sim only account as it is not being used anymore. 

However: 

  • I’m not registered for My Account so cannot process online
  • I do not have access to the phone anymore so sending me a security message is no good
  • The LiveChat doesn’t seem to work as it appears to be constantly busy. 

Please provide me with a way to cancel my account.

I called you so many times you didn't pick up so what i do?

Please Please could I cancel my contract ,which you have made so hard to do ,Iam going to the media with this its disgusting.

Hi Premini, Mdolan,

You can cancel your plan through the iD Mobile app or My Account online

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Click on the “My Account” link from the dashboard
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘Thinking of leaving’
  • Select ‘Start Switching Now’ and follow the instructions
  • Click “End your iD Mobile plan”
