cancel monthly contract early

Hi

 

I have obtained my charges to end my contract early but there is no option to cancel online in my account.  How can I cancel without calling you directly

It has been a few days since your post, have you now managed to cancel your order?

If not our Live Chat team can help you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. 

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.  

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient. 

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available. 

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Can anyone HELP ME  with refund please ? I have tryed to speak with someone from customer service but no success.  I have sent the phone on 24 th December but no refund or cancellation plan .

I spoke with someone on live chat and she gave me the transaction number and addres but now they charged me .

Well hopefully yes. I have spoken again with one agent thru live chat . 

I am waiting for my refund.  She said to me that the warehouse needs to confirm the return. Dosen't make sense to me but still. I just need my refunds back.
