Hi, I've just submitted a PAC request (filled in the form to switch networks) to keep my number that's currently with O2 and to move it over to ID mobile. However I actually no longer want to move this number across. I want to cancel the ID mobile contract and stay with O2. How do I stop this transfer happening?

Hello @Rajeff,

Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to stop the number transfer due to the time past here, however, you can request a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 and give this PAC code to your new network you’ll be joining.

Your O2 contract will have been cancelled if the number has ported out.

If you joined us with a handset contract, then ignore the above, as you’ll need to return the handset so a PAC code can be issued.

Let us know if thi sis the case.

Mohammed
