cancelling a disconnection - COVID19

Hi,

I have requested a cancellation of my monthly SIM contract but due to COVID-19, I would prefer to cancel the disconnection.

 

How can I cancel the cancellation? The support centre are obviously closed in this current lockdown climate.

Hi @Bourney1980 

 

You’ll need to contact us to cancel the disconnection request if you’ve changed your mind.

Email us and we’ll pick this up for you.

 

If it’s a PAC/STAC code you had requested, simply letting the PAC code expire will leave the services active.

Cancelling the cancellation can only be done by contacting us.

I think the quickest way to contact iD is via the iD Live Chat service - just go to:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat/

You might have to tell the annoying chat bot that you want to “speak to an agent” or “talk to a person”, but it’s staffed by real people from 9am - 8pm, Mon - Fri.
