Cancelling my contract

The contract with id mobile was for 24 months and I have finished payment. However I am struggling to cancel the contract with Id mobile. Could you please help me.

Yes, I would like to cancel my contract. I do not need to keep my id number as I am no longer using it.

please can you see that my contract is cancelled as my 24 months is finished.
