I would like to cancel my Id mobile. Unfortunately I have forgotten my mobile number as not used the phone for a while. So I can't log in to my account to cancel the agreement. Please can someone help me. TIA

Menu option 4 - “for information on upgrading, changing your plan, or thinking of leaving” - will allow you to cancel your plan.
Otherwise, cancel using the iD Live Chat service.
If online chat doesn't work on your smartphone, try another device like a tablet, iPad or laptop and visit the online page https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat/.
You can also chat with iD Mobile using facebook or Twitter.
The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends. Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
