Cancelling my sim only contract

I just want to cancel My id mobile sim only plan. 

I’ve followed all the steps, on app go to ‘my account’, ‘Thinking of leaving’ ‘switch or cancel now’, ‘cancel my Id plan’. but the pop up screen in too short and doesn’t display all the information to allow to cancel.

You can cancel your plan using the automated telephone service on 7777 from your iD phone.

It’s menu option 4.

Otherwise, speak to an iD agent using Live Chat . The online chat team are available 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends & bank holidays.
