Changed my mind about 30 day SIM Only

Hi.  I applied for a SIM for a 30 day SIM only deal and the SIM arrived on Sunday.  However, I have changed my mind and would like to stay with my old provider who have offered a better deal.

What do I need to do to ensure no money is taken from my account.  The SIM has not been taken out of the big card and we have not activated it.  I also have not registered for an IDMobile account yet.

Please advise me what to do.

The plan will already be active without using the SIM card, so you will likely face a small bill for the time since your order. You can return your purchase by contacting our Live Chat Team here.
