Hi. I applied for a SIM for a 30 day SIM only deal and the SIM arrived on Sunday. However, I have changed my mind and would like to stay with my old provider who have offered a better deal.
What do I need to do to ensure no money is taken from my account. The SIM has not been taken out of the big card and we have not activated it. I also have not registered for an IDMobile account yet.
Please advise me what to do.
