contract cancellation

Good Afternoon,

i do not utilise your sim only contract any longer as it’s lapsed from 12 months contract. Upon receiving a letter today stating I owe you outstanding amount, I have paid this forthcoming but don’t feel it’s due.. I want somebody to contact my directly to make sure this is cancelled and all correct, I don’t want drawn out downloads of apps - a simple conversation with someone from customer service to arrange this is what’s required. 
 

Terrible customer relations and not equipped to deal with issues that require a conversation to sort out.

Hi @Holden,

All of our monthly plans will require you to contact us directly when you would like the plan to end as this will not happen automatically as per your terms and conditions.

The quickest way to give us notice would be to use our app, but we also have a Live Chat service here which can be used too. Please let us know how you get on.
