Disconnection

My contract is coming to an end this month. I have recently lost my phone & sim card, but because ID have placed a disconnectionon the contract, they are refusing to do a sim swap to enable me to continue using the sim up until the disconnection date. However I know I am entitled to use my remaining allowance as I have signed up for a 24 month contract. What do I do?
