How on earth do ID mobile operate with no customer services telephone numbers or email addresses and a quite frankly useless chat ‘bot’ system??!!
I have been trying for days to contact someone to open a fraud case after a mobile account was set up using my name and address details. Live chat won't work, I only ever get the automated bot that gives me the same message responses each time that are totally unrelated to my query - I have been in touch with Action Fraud and they are unable to help as apparently identity theft isn't a crime?!
The only people that have been of any help so far are the debt collecting agents that have been in touch to advise of an outstanding balance!
Please can someone (a real person!) contact me asap to try and resolve this issue!
