Fraudlenent account in my name

cant seem to find an actual solution to this without creating an account and trying to get a message -

 

recently accessed my credit file through experian to find an account that doesnt belong to me, the account is under a different name to mines but after a raising a case with my credit provider who then spoke to Carphone Warehouse -ID mobile they think the info is correct despite the fact that the names are different. 

 

the only advice I've been given is to directly pick up with someone at ID mobile help and support which doesn't work, are things this bad or can i actually get some help on the matter?
