Help Cancelling my account

Hi, I need help cancelling my account.  I was of the opinion this was a rolling no contract matter and if you stopped the payments as the account was not being used and hasn’t been used for months, that would be fine.

 

As I have now been contacted by a credit company I understand I was wrong.  Unfortunately as this phone has not been used for so long we do not remember the number or any account details.

 

If someone could contact me so I can cancel the contract.

Hello @slothy1246,

This is incorrect. 

It is a rolling monthly contract but cancelled by submitting a disconnection as opposed to cancelling payments.

Not to worry if you don’t recall the details, I’ll PM you here and we can help cancel this.
