Help me cancel my contract

Please can someone contact me to help cancel my contract. It’s a tricky situation as my brother with compound learning disability is the user, my father the bill payer and me the organiser. 
sending codes to cancel will just not work. Please could you be in touch as soon as possible as we just don’t need this anymore.
