HELP: PAC code needed

I need my PAC in order to leave ID but when I text 65075 with saying ‘PAC’ plus date of birth it doesn’t work. I get a reply telling me to contact you. And then on your contact page there isn’t anyone to speak to.

 

How do I get my PAC?

I’m still trying to get hold of my PAC and I’m not getting a response from ‘ID Support’ to my inbox messages.
