How do I cancel with 14 days when I have received no mobile number?

I applied for a sim only car but have not received a phone number from the site and therefore cannot get in touch.  Without a number i have not received any service and am still within my 14 days cooling off period

 

There is no working phone line on the system if you do not have this information and the utterly useless ombudsman gave me an incorrect number.

 

I thought my previously provider was poor but this is incredible.

 

I wish to cancel immediately.
