I have never used the sim and don't know any details. I have a account number as I cancelled the direct debit in the hope I'd get some information on it. I now can't cancel the contract until I have at least the mobile number. Does anyone know how I can cancel this as can't afford the monthly bill when I have never even used the sim. ThanksÂ
