To clarify, did you want the PUK code (used to unlock a locked SIM)
Or a PAC code (used to transfer your number out of iD)?

Are you on a SIM-only plan or a handset contract?

If you're on a SIM-only plan, you can request a PAC code from within the iD app/MyAccount under "My plan options"

I can't find "pac code request", should I choose "end my plan" to get the pac code?

That's correct. Alternatively, you can contact our Live Chat team here for assistance with cancelling your plan and obtaining a PAC code.

Thanks, I’m now getting a PAC code. Unfortunately I’m getting the same PAC I received from my previous network. Is this correct?

 

My number transferred to ID Mobile yesterday 01/04/2020 from Vodafone. I have now found a better deal with another provider. I requested my PAC code this morning, but i’m getting the same PAC i received from Vodafone originally.

 

Is anyone able to help?

I’m exactly the same as @mineshy06.

Unfortunately I’m getting the same PAC I received from my previous network. 

 

My number transferred to ID Mobile from Vodafone. I have now found a better deal with another provider. I requested my PAC from ID mobile on the 16th of Feb, but I’m getting the same PAC I received from Vodafone originally?

My new provider will not accept it as it’s already been used. 

 

Please provide me with a new PAC code.
