Unfortunately I’m getting the same PAC I received from my previous network.Â

My number transferred to ID Mobile from Vodafone. I have now found a better deal with another provider. I requested my PAC from ID mobile on the 16th of Feb, but I’m getting the same PAC I received from Vodafone originally?
My new provider will not accept it as it’s already been used.Â

That's correct. Alternatively, you can contact our Live Chat team here for assistance with cancelling your plan and obtaining a PAC code.

Are you on a SIM-only plan or a handset contract?
If you're on a SIM-only plan, you can request a PAC code from within the iD app/MyAccount under "My plan options"
