Move number to new provider but keep contract open

I need to transfer my number to another contract but want to keep the ID contract going.  This is because ID do not support eSims and I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic 4.  I would then transfer my wife’s number to the ID contract as she is on PAYG.

Hi @Clingy56,

Porting a number away from our network will result in the plan being disconnected; there is no way around that I’m afraid.
