Hi,

I am trying to request my PAC code  by texting PAC DDMMYY to 65075 but I keep receiving a text message in response, informing me that ‘something went wrong and to contact customer services’. However, your live chat is down too so i can’t contact you that way either. I have been trying all morning.

How do i get this request processed please? Thanks.
