PAC code to leave ID not valid

I have been given  PAC code to leave ID with my number that is not valid to switch provider.

On trying to generate a new PAC code on line I was given the same invalid one once again.

How do i resolve this please?

Hi I am having exactly the same issue, Vodafone saying the PAC is invalid. Can someone help please
