I cancelled my direct debit as I am leaving ID mobile but I have received another bill as it takes a month for the cancellation to go through. How do I pay it as my direct debit is cancelled?

You can pay your bill manually by signing in to your account online here or by logging into our iD Mobile app that you can download to your phone.
