5 Working days have passed since giving my new service provider my STAC code from ID, but I am yet to receive anything about my final bill or service disconnect.
I have contacted my new provider and they say that they have registered the STAC code and the service for ID should be disconnected. However, I can still use my ID phone and my billing online says it is continuing as normal.
Can anyone check if my account is going to be disconnected soon an my final bill given?
Do I need to wait longer?
