Unable to cancel contract as I no longer have the sim

Hello, 

 Still unable to cancel the contract online as all options I have tried to register with require a security code to be sent to the phone, which I have not had the sim in a few years …. The process is very frustrating, there is no agents to call to assist nore is there any live agents ever avaliable.

That sounds frustrating. Your best option is the iD Live Chat service here

There are iD agents chatting 9am to 8pm weekdays, and 9am to 6pm weekends.

You should type “talk to a person” to avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot.
