Unable to cancel the cancellation request

Hi all,

 

I put in a cancellation request recently but I have decided to stay and want to dismiss the cancellation request.

 

I can’t contact anyone through live chat.

Hi @ysnhh, did you manage to contact the Facebook or Twitter teams? If not, just hop back on the Live Chat and type “Speak to an agent.”
