I cannot cancel the contract anywhere in the app or online and the live chat does not work! I need to cancel this contract as soon as possible!!

Messaging in this iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.
Although I’ve never had a problem using live chat on my Windows 10 laptop, if you’re having trouble using live chat I suggest sending a PM to iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.
Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.
