Hi, I have just purchased a Samsung S23 and am trying to change the voicemail Number from +447782333129 to +447782333123, however it gives the message 'Failed to read data - your voicemail number can't be changed'.Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?Thanks.Alex.
Hi I have 3 iD numbers and monthly deals - they were all registered under my email address but I can only see the first number I bought. Is there a way to view all of the numbers in the same dashboard? Thanks
PLEASE can someone answer this message for me. I work for a charity supporting vulnerable and elderly people and I am regularly being cut off during phone calls using my ID mobile SIM. I will be mid way through a conversation and suddenly hear three beeps and hear a recorded message saying “sorry your service does not allow access to this number” I have turned off WIFI calling as I thought that might be causing the issue but it’s still happening! I know the phone is fine as it works with other SIMS. I have resorted to using my personal phone as I cannot trust the ID SIM mobile but I need to get this resolved. Please help me to resolve this someone?

Pretty much as per title.I was on a PAYG sim with ID mobile, but because you can’t upgrade while keeping the same number, I had to switch to Honest mobile and then back to ID mobile. This happened in the span of a couple of days.When switching back, ID mobile gave me an eSIM. I activated it and it worked fine -- I could call, send SMSs, and had 5G. However, on the day the number was supposed to be ported, the eSIM stopped working. The very moment the number was ported, I lost all signal on my ID mobile eSIM -- no calls, no SMSs, and obviously no data.I reached out to support and they told me the usual -- try to reset the settings on your phone, bla bla bla. I went through a million useless steps, and it was still not working. They then issued a new eSIM.The new eSIM also doesn’t work -- just like the previous one, the network returns “DENIED” when my sim tries to connect to the antenna, basically. I’m a software engineer and looked into the SIM -- the network is refusing to let my sim

Good afternoon, So I have a problem that I need your help with. It appears that I have a default on my credit file from IDmobile. Its from a sim only 30 day plan that I had over three years ago. I never used the sim in the end as it was was bought for my business and never needed, I cancelled the DD and thought that was that, I pretty soon realised that it wasn't as simple as that when I received a letter with an outstanding amount, I paid that and thought no more of if… Fast forward to last month and I’m informed that I can't get the mortgage that I’ve applied for due to my (what I thought was immaculate) credit score, so I obtained a copy of it and discovered that after I had cleared my account, the monthly charge hadn't been stopped… The problem with that is that I had also moved house in that period and despite having mail redirected, I was not made aware of any outstanding balance.
