When I power up the phone with the IDMobile SIM card I am asked for a Network key.
Any ideas as to what this is ?
Thanks, Ruth
Howdy @RuthS and welcome to the iD Mobile community here.
Sorry to hear you've been unable to get your phone to work with us as of yet.
From the sounds of what you're saying there, it seems your Alcatel 2000X could be locked still to whichever network you had used that phone with previously.
If you speak to that network provider directly, they should be able to provide you with an unlocking code to make that phone free to use with any other provider.
Hopefully that will help you in getting that resolved.
