Hi I lost my phone,forgetten log in password cancell direct debit try to contact ID I even don’t know how meny times without any reply. I have to pay outstanding balance as Lucas company contacted with me not ID. So please cancell my contract for phone nr 07307166209. Thanks I hope that you will be able to do this as contact with your company is shocking and how all customers feels left without any support. I hope that you cancell that contract as I am unable to do this by myself. Other fing do not recomendet life chat as this doesn’t work at all. Looking forward for your answer
