Hello. Have read that you can do an early upgrade within 60 days of your upgrade date. I cant get to speak to anyone and live chat says its constantly busy and unavailable.. any advice of other methods?

Our Live Chat Team is the only contactable team that can help with upgrades I’m afraid. Have you been able to log into your account online? This method will also allow you to upgrade by choosing a plan yourself.
