Hi I have a monthly contract from August for a two years. My headphones stop working. How can I get a new one. I try to chat but all day you are busy and phone calls the same

Is it the headphones that were included with the phone became faulty?

I'm sorry to hear this! Which phone do you have? The majority of manufacturers offer a 12-month (or more) warranty period for accessories and you can often claim for a replacement by contacting them directly.
