How can I talk to someone regarding fraud?
I have used your online chat to try and resolve a fraud issue for two months. Even with a crime number your company have still failed to fix this issue and now sent me a debt collection letter.
With the police fraud action number and after a credit score company contacting you I still personally haven’t received one letter or email for you that was promised?
is this really the only way your customers can get hold of you? Please get back to me. I will again be trying your online chat when it opens to try yet again to resolve this but I do believe if you had good customer service and take fraud seriously you will contact me.
