My mother’s current ID Mobile data plan is £4 per month, but she needs more data now so I have bought her a new ID Mobile plan from ID Mobile site. How do I transfer her from old plan to her new so she keeps her same telephone number? Thanks.
I would like to transfer old ID Mobile plan to a new ID mobile plan i have bought, is this possible??

Unfortunately, you can not port an existing iD mobile number to a new iD sim as we do not support internal migrations. If you are wanting to keep the same number, we would advise cancelling the new sim and taking out an upgrade deal on your existing iD sim plan.

Ok thanks , she doesn’t want to change her tel no so I will need to cancel the new plan.
