International Call Issue

Hi, I have a issue with abroad calls. 
I'm from a IP Telephony service provider from Bangladesh. One of our customer currently from your country, who is tried to call to our number "+8809617016596” its a call center number of Midland Bank Limited" using your id-mobile. 
Unfortunately he can't reaching to the mentioned number. We have checked our soft-switch and don't get any call hit from your network. So, please suggest me, what can I do? Or may I get the email address of idmobile?

There may be a number of reasons why they are unable to call.

We would need the named account holder to contact us directly so that we can run through some troubleshooting with them.
