Is the Dora 6620 compatible with ID, it is not on the list of compatible phones

I can see the Doro 6620 is 3G compatible meaning the phone will work on the iD Mobile network.

Hello Jaycee44.

I also have a Doro 6620 and while it worked on Tesco Mobile it does NOT connect to iD.

The only networks it can “see” are O2, Vodafone and EE. As Tesco use O2, that is why it worked before.

However, as iD use the 3 network that is why I think it fails to connect.

My wife's Doro 6620 connected no bother when I put in the ID sim

Wondering if this is an issue in the area with the 3UK network as opposed to a compatibility issue?
