Hi we are unable to activate the new SIM card on a new phone as the previous phone was stolen it is just the new phone we rely on. When trying to activate the sim the code goes to that phone but the phone is not in use yet. Not sure what to do next.

You can activate your sim through the iD App. Please try the following steps:Â
- Log in to the app or online account.Â
-  Go to the 'My Services' pageÂ
- Click 'Activate my SIM'
- Scan your SIM card barcode or entering the 19-digit number printed on the SIM cardholder
Once you click 'Activate your SIM', the new SIM will be activated within a few hours. Let us know how you get on.

Thank you. I already tried this as I didn’t already have an account a code was sent to my ID phone which is not in use yet so is there another way to set up an account?
