I am switching from vodafone and already regretting the decision to choose ID mobile.
SIM has not been received even after 5 working days.
cannot find a number to call a human. (and no, the LiveChat button is not working, I am almost certain this is not an issue with my computer. I say *almost* because there is always a chance you could be wrong e.g. I am almost sure the sun will rise again tomorrow).
At this point, the only reason I am already not looking for other networks is because ID has setup direct debit on my account and going through the same process again with another network may be too much hassle.
