Ulephone notebook

I started an Id account in January 2020 but have only now put the chip into a new ulephone notebook which according to Amazon is Id  compliant.  I cannot active it.  My wife has an Id account and her iPhone has excellent network coverage here.  What’s going wrong please.

Hi @Crabbtree1,

It sounds like it could be the device that’s at fault but are you able to test the SIM card in a phone to see if it picks up service? Also, does the notebook have access to 3G and 4G networks within the UK?
