I’ve never been able to Login online to my ID account using Firefox (currently v82.0 & all previous versions) so I have to use the android App. I tried again today and yet again, the Login button is greyed out.
However, if I turn off all the Firefox tracking etc the Login button sometimes highlights for only a second and then greys out. Occasionally the button doesn’t grey out BUT after entering my account login details when I click it I receive a new page “We’re Sorry but the link you have clicked is either incorrect , or no longer available.”
So what’s going on please ?

I am sorry to hear about this issue! Although you have tried older versions of Firefox on Windows 10, have you experienced similar issues with other browsers as well on your machine? Just trying to gather further info so we can feed this error back to see what can be done to resolve it.
