All phones sold by iD Mobile come with standard manufacturer warranty. It cover all defects that are not caused by accidental damage and is provider by the maker of your phone. Let's say you have Apple device then you have got 12 months warranty and you could contact them directly to get your fault repaired or iD Mobile could get it repaired for you by sending it to Authorized Apple Repair Centre on your behalf.
As far as I remember all phones comes with 24 months warranty except Apple and Motorola which are 12 months.
Bare in mind that any physical damage or liquid damage is not covered by warranty and might be chargeable to repair.
