Question

where is the manufacturer warranty for apple?

Hi, I have an iPhone 11 Pro, which I received 9 months ago as part of an upgrade as I had completed a previous 2 year contract.

the battery on my phone is now somehow ‘severely degraded’ and it is advising me to take to an apple seller for a free replacement as I am within the 12 month warranty.

my problem is that I am not in the UK, I am in asia, I have found an authentic apple retailer but they want to see my warranty/proof of purchase or something to prove this phone was lawfully bought, which it was.

I have searched my emails and the app but I can not find this document, can anyone from ID or other users direct me as to where? Or can ID provide me with some document that I can take to get my phone fixed with ?

thanks
