wheres my order??

I ordered a new phone last week, the phone was in stock. I then received an email in Wednesday saying “We’re still processing your order.
Although the product you ordered is currently out of stock or on 'pre-order', we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon.”

please can I have an update with my order? If it is going to be extremely late in delivery I will need to cancel my order and buy elsewhere.
