Hi you have sent me the wrong phone, you have sent me a Note 8P and I ordered an iPhone SE

 

how do I send this one back and get the right phone delivered

Hi…..has this been resolved as same happened to us a week ago and now being investigated with DPD so we are currently paying for a contract with no phone as the wrong phone has been returned. Very very frustrating

no we haven’t yet sorted this issue. It’s been ongoing for 2 weeks now and we are no closer to resolving. Have you any suggestions?
