Hi there I have an old account from 2018 that is affecting my credit score. I was 18 when I got a sim only, one month contract. I ended up leaving and for some reason my final bill was not paid. I realised this a few years later when, my credit score became important, and noticed I had an unpaid bill, which I paid immediately however I’m still having issues with the account even though I haven’t been with you for years and paying it off.

How does the mark appear on your Credit File exactly?

The issues im having it that its coming up as a default but I have paid it off. but it was only a 1 month rolling contract too. Part of the problem too is im no longer a customer so don’t have an account to look at any of the information
