Account mysteriously suspended. Now can't contact anyone.


I’ve had my account mysteriously suspended, even though payment is via direct debit. The May payment simply wasn’t taken, and now my phone doesn’t work, and I can’t log into my account to contact anyone, as it seems my whole account has been suspended?

Anyone know who on earth I can contact for help?

I’m out of the country, looking after a very sick parent, and this is just one more stress that I don’t need.

The chatbot doesn’t want to know, and I can’t seem to get any contact with anyone.

Any ideas please?

Type "speak to a person" while connected to the bot and you'll be connected to a live chat agent.

If not, I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account.
