been charged for bundles buy not activated

I recently bought bundles, it’s now been 2 days but it’s not been activated, my account was charged but the system just froze with a message do not leave this page, it’s very frustrating because I can’t do anything. There is no customer service or any emails. This is the worst network I have ever come across
