I’m being billed for a plan for which I have no details of I’ve cancelled my direct debit but need to cancel the unknown plan I have the bank reference for billing but no phone number

You’re better off continuing to make payments while the ID Mobile team investigate because cancelling the direct debit risks a ruined credit rating. Have you taken out a second contract or upgraded recently?
