brought payg bundle took money and its not showing up on my bundles as activated

I have topped up my PAYG unlimited bundle and did as a recurring payment each month took my money and has not activated my bundle

I brought a bundle £10 bundle it said I purchased it and took the credit from my balance but I didn’t receive confirmation and my bundle ain’t gone on and I can’t make any calls or use the data can you resolve this please

When you log into the app/account, does it show the bundle applied but just not letting you use services?
